Benvenuti sul primo forum italiano completamente dedicato a Justin Chambers, attore statunitense.
Finita la scuola superiore, decise di trasferirsi a Parigi insieme al gemello, dove viene contattato da un agente che lo convince ad intraprendere la carriera di modello. Tra le sue campagne anche una per la fragranza della casa di moda Calvin Klein, per Giorgio Armani e altre case europee, giapponesi e statunitensi.
Negli anni '90 di stabilisce a New York dove studia agli H.B. Studios per quattro anni. Questi studi gli permettono di apparire in diversi lavori teatrali e ottenere alcuni ruoli televisivi. Il debutto nel mondo dello spettacolo è del 1995, con la soap opera Destini. Negli anni seguenti ottenne ruoli in Another World, Harvest of Shame (1996) e Rose Hill (1997) accanto a Jennifer Garner. Nel 2001 ha interpretato il ruolo di D'Artagnan in The Musketeer con Catherine Deneuve e Mena Suvari; nello stesso anno ha lavorato accanto a Jennifer Lopez e Matthew McConaughey in Prima o poi mi sposo ("The Wedding Planner"). La sua carriera si blocca per qualche anno, durante questo perioro ricopre un ruolo a fianco di Uma Thurman e Gena Rowlands in Hysterical Blindness (2002).
Dal 2004 Justin Chambers lavora sul set di Grey's Anatomy dove interpreta il dottor Alex Karev. La terza stagione della serie, trasmessa dalla ABC, è stata la serie più vista tra quelle della tv via cavo. Nel 2005 ha inoltre interpretato il ruolo del Sergente Matt Parish nel thriller The Zodiac.
Dopo aver viaggiato a lungo fra New York dove risiedeva con la moglie Keisha Chambers ed i suoi cinque figli, si è recentemente trasferito con la famiglia a Los Angeles.
